SeaElements®
Julian Sprung's Reef Formula

Independent studies show that some trace elements accumulate in home aquariums to potentially toxic levels. SeaElements avoids contributing to this problem by including only those elements that are typically depleted from aquarium water - in the proper concentrations and ratios. Other supplements promote a long list of elements in an attempt to offer something 'more'. We offer the only formula that contains just what your aquarium needs.
250ml (8.4 fl oz) bottle

AcroPower
Amino Acid Formula for SPS Corals

AcroPower supplies amino acids that corals need to build their skeletal architecture. Like other cnidaria, corals have a special ability to uptake dissolved amino acids across their entire surface. Closed system aquariums with protein skimming and other ULN (ultra-low nutrient) filtration methods deplete amino acids that are vitally important for coral health. Corals become more colorful within days due to the extension of the growing margins when AcroPower is used. 250 ml, 500 ml, 1 L and 1 gal bottle.

Strontium Concentrate
Julian Sprung's Reef Formula

Biological processes, precipitation, and incorporation by marinelife all deplete strontium from aquarium water. Two Little Fishies Strontium Concentrate replenishes it to maintain optimum water quality for growth of corals and other marine organisms that deposit a calcareous skeleton. For aquariums with dense growth of reef building corals, this supplement provides an extra boost of strontium that enhances the deposition of calcareous skeletons. Does not contain molybdenum. 250ml (8.4 fl oz) bottle.

Iodine Concentrate
Julian Sprung's Reef Formula

Iodide and iodine supplement made from potassium iodide and seaweed extracts. Use this supplement to provide an extra boost of this important element and observe the positive effects. Great for growing Xenia, other soft corals and delicate red and brown seaweeds. 250ml (8.4 fl oz) bottle.

Calcium Concentrates
Julian Sprung’s Reef Formula

Two Little Fishies Calcium Concentrate makes it easy to rapidly adjust the calcium level in an aquarium. The long-term maintenance of calcium levels is best managed with a balanced ion supplement such as Kalkwasser or Two Little Fishies C-Balance®, which maintain alkalinity in addition to calcium concentration. Use Two Little Fishies Calcium Concentrate to raise the calcium concentration when the alkalinity level is already high. In this case, Calcium Concentrate will simultaneously raise the calcium concentration and lower the alkalinity level, bringing both closer to a natural seawater ratio. When the calcium and alkalinity levels are properly balanced, stop using Calcium Concentrate, and continue using a balanced supplement such as C-Balance, which provides carbonates and bicarbonates, calcium, magnesium and strontium in the correct ratios.
500 ml (16.8 fl oz) bottle.

Magnesium Concentrate
Julian Sprung’s Reef Formula

Two Little Fishies Magnesium Concentrate is a solution that contains the element magnesium, an essential pH-stabilizing component of the seawater buffering system. Magnesium is also important for the operation of various cellular enzymes, and is a key component of the pigment chlorophyll and the functioning of photosynthesis in plants. Two Little Fishies Magnesium Concentrate replenishes the magnesium concentration with a seawater ratio of magnesium chloride and magnesium sulfate. It helps maintain optimum water quality for corals, coralline algae, macroalgae, seagrasses, and mangroves. 500 ml (16.8 fl oz) bottle

Iron Concentrate
Julian Sprung’s Reef Formula

Two Little Fishies Iron Concentrate is a solution that contains the elements iron and manganese, which are essential to the health of all plants, including the symbiotic zooxanthellae in corals and sea anemones, and sea-grasses. Two Little Fishies Iron Concentrate safely replenishes iron and manganese in the proper ratio, which helps maintain optimum water quality for the growth of corals and the macro algae that are commonly cultivated in refugium aquariums. 250 ml (8.4 oz) and 500 ml (16.8 fl oz) bottles

Potassium Concentrate
Julian Sprung's Reef Formula

Potassium occurs at a concentration of about 400 mg/L in full-strength natural seawater. It is an essential element for metabolic function of all living cells. Sometimes artificial seawater mixes are deficient in potassium, and some reef aquariums lose potassium over time, due to filtration methods and extraction of potassium from the water by marinelife. For corals, potassium deficiency is characterized by loss of color, slow growth, or loss of tissue, especially in small polyped stony corals. Use Two Little Fishies Potassium Concentrate to raise the potassium concentration in the aquarium when it falls below 400 mg/L. Potassium supplementation is especially beneficial in low-nutrient reef aquariums, and is known to promote the development of colorful pigments in Montipora, Acropora, Stylophora, Pocillopora, & Seriatopora spp. 500 ml (16.8 fl oz) bottle.

C-Balance®

A two-part solution for replenishing calcium and alkalinity. Adjusts calcium, magnesium and strontium ions to Natural Seawater ratios, and achieves a balanced ionic residual. Promotes the optimal conditions for stony corals and coralline algae. Now available in a new 8 oz size (two 8 oz bottles) for use in Nano Aquariums, two 16oz. bottles, two 32oz. bottles, or as a 1 gallon concentrate.

Two Little Fishies Kalkwasser

Calcium Supplement Mix. Our pure source of Calcium Hydroxide makes the ideal solution for replenishing calcium and maintaining alkalinity, for corals, clams, and calcareous algae that build skeletons of calcium carbonate. It also helps maintain pH, precipitates phosphates and enhances protein skimming. Available in 1 lb bottle and 4 lb bucket.

The extremely porous granules are the optimum size for use in high capacity filters, allowing high flow at minimal backpressure. Positively does not leach phosphates. Available in 1 Liter bottle and 4 Liter bucket. Contact us for bulk inquiries.

MetaSorb UHC

An excess of heavy metals in the water is toxic to aquatic life. These metals may come from the water source, from foods, from artificial seawater mixes, therapeutic treatments, corroding metal equipment, magnets, pumps, etc. Mysterious ailments in fishes, corals and other invertebrates may occur when heavy metals reach a toxic threshold. MetaSorb UHC is made with patented high capacity polymers developed for the US Environmental Protection Agency’s Superfund Program. Insoluble in water and nontoxic, the polymers rapidly bind and permanently remove metals from fresh and saltwater, making it possible to restore the water quality. MetaSorb UHC is a fine powder that is packaged in a small cloth media bag that is easy to locate in any area where high volume water flow will facilitate contact with the polymer. Simply place the bag in any canister filter, hang-on-the-back power filter, or in flow-through sections of any sump or filter chamber. After a few days MetaSorb UHC can be removed, dried and stored for later use or discarded. MetaSorb UHC may be reused several times. The pouch sized for 1 - 250 gallon aquariums removes up to 80 ppm of metals from 250 gallons. The pouch sized for 500 - 800 gallon aquariums removes up to 120 ppm of metals from 500 gallons. Use for pre-treating new water or newly mixed artificial seawater, for removing copper medications, and for eliminating metals leached from corroding equipment.

pH-Balance®

Our new buffer for marine and reef aquariums, pH-Balance, raises both carbonate alkalinity and pH and won’t overshoot the pH too high, making it easy to maintain a pH of 8.3. Packaged in 225g, 450g, and 1kg jars.

CDX®
Carbon Dioxide Adsorption Media

Sometimes the carbon dioxide that accumulates in the air in closed buildings causes the pH of an aquarium to be low. We have the solution: it’s called CDX, a carbon dioxide adsorption system. Simply install CDX in our PhosBan reactor and connect it to the air intake of a protein skimmer, using a length of hose and our CDX adaptor to make the connection. The CO2-free air entering the protein skimmer soaks up excess CO2 dissolved in the aquarium water and so the aquarium’s pH rises.
